Born on October 10, 1984, in Camden, South Carolina, Blind Fury is a groundbreaking artist who has defied incredible odds to become a force in hip-hop. Despite being born blind and with Spina Bifida and clubbed feet, he taught himself to play piano at age three and began freestyling in school, impressing peers with his raw talent. His reputation as a battle rapper skyrocketed with victories across the East Coast, culminating in national recognition during his undefeated run as the Freestyle Friday Champion on B.E.T.’s 106 & Park from December 2010 to April 2011, where he was crowned Grand Champion. Known for his sharp lyrics and musical versatility, Blind Fury released his debut album, YAGA, in 2014 and went fully independent in 2020, continuing to inspire and innovate with his music.
